Kyle did my sound at Nascar in 2015. He crushed it and I followed him since then. We haven't crossed paths since then but my father-in-laws band Sixwire has Scott Stapp guest with them a bunch. I'm sure we'll cross paths sometime or I'll be able to hire him for arenas when I get out of the club circuit.

I got to work with Kyle in Youngstown, Ohio the summer of 2023 when he was running sound for Fuel. The sound was excellent, Kyle was great to work with and so were all the guys in Fuel.

Awesome video! Got to work with Kyle just a few weeks ago and he was very knowledgable. Answered a bunch of questions I had and was very generous with his time. Great to watch this deep dive!

More engineers should learn from this as well as the simple piece of advice of "don't be a dick." There is always someone who is a better engineer than you. However, how did you treat the band, stagehands, other crew members, and even the venue staff that takes care of you day of show. Do the basics the best you can, treat people the best you can, as well as never stop learning.

gutted that the interviewer was so surprised no tracks. Is it really beyond comprehension now that a band can play a gig on their own? Saying that great interview and thank you very much!

When it's normal now days it's nothing to be gutted over. Times have changed.
