So land on hindfoot for endurance/marathon and on forefoot for sprint/speed

I wouldn't agree on that one actually Pendek. I'd suggest looking at where the foot lands relative to the centre of mass, with a view to avoid overstriding. Rear vs mid vs forefoot landing is far less important. I'd suggest letting the runner go with whatever comes naturally once we get the overstriding corrected.
