Running The Grand Teton in a Day // Owen Spalding

I really lucked into some beautiful conditions on this one! I really didn't need to get an alpine start or even bring all that much in terms of layers. I did though feel a lot of nerves going into it and missed a lot of footage in my rush that I would have liked to have of the upper portions of the mountain. There's a lot of serious exposure on the chimneys and confusing routes in the climb up (and down) from the lower saddle that I just didn't capture. The upper regions are hours of the experience...but I really just teleport around in the footage. It is what it is though haha!

Very impressive. Up & down the Grand in a day is something to shoot for. I haven't been there for several years. Glad to see that the Middle Teton Glacier is still fairly intact.
