Let's break down this run for sprinters. 100m 17.06s..200m-34.17s. 400m 1min 8s for 26.2 miles. Without a doubt, the most impressive feat done by a human being in my lifetime. And remember he's 34 years old.

Eliud’s average time per mile during his marathon run was 4mins 30s. The men’s world record for 1 mile is 3 mins 44s. The woman’s world record for 1 mile is 4 mins 12s. A good time for a healthy person to run 1 mile is 7 minutes. These people are truly amazing and a great testament to what heights humans can reach. Eluid is something else and I wouldn’t want to run on a track with him because it would be embarrassing to be overtaken multiple times 😰

Recently discovered your channel because KZbin recommended it to me after I had watched a vid about Kipchoge. I've loved your content so far. It's so impressive that you're so wellspoken, charismatic, smart, goodlooking... the list goes on. Lol You have so much valuable knowledge to share and great stories to tell, and you do that exceptionally well. I appreciate that you're creating so much content. I don't know very much about olympic athletes, but after having gotten the chance to peer through this small window into your life that this youtube channel is, I can confidently say I'm a Nick Symmonds fan. -Riq

Hey nick, the other day I decided to work out his average splits for myself, and for 800 I got 2:16 (2:19 shown in the video) 7180.4 (1h59m40.4s) Divided by 42195 (marathon distance in metres) = 5.8764m/s 800/this speed Gives you 136.137 seconds or about 2:16.14 for 800m
