Congrats, so glad you enjoyed it! As someone who struggled with achilles problems for about 4 years, please don’t make the mistake I did thinking that I could rehab it while exercising. For 4 years I had an achilles injury on and off - did physio and proper rehab but it kept coming back. The only thing that actually healed it was 4 weeks of absolutely no exercise and icing it three times a day. I wish I had known that at the beginning, it would have saved me so much frustration!

You are good, Holly. You are really really good. I am 20 years older than you, but YOU are my inspiration in many ways. In studying - thanks to your example, I am going to go back to uni to get my other degree - even at my age, and I do exercise on a daily basis. You are keeping my brain and health up, actually. So thank you so so much. I bet you don't even realize how big an impact you make on many people (apparently of different ages, even though I feel like being 25 and not 42). Greetings from the Czech Republic.

Massive well done Hollie!!!! As a marathoner (and ultra-marathoner) myself this was the most awesome thing to watch! My mum ran it too so I went to spectate - the atmosphere was magical! 3 weeks ago I ran my second attempt at a 100km ultramarathon and completed it!! But similarly to you I ended my race in the medics tent, I collapsed three times after finishing and got rushed to hospital via ambulance... Turns out they found out I've had an underlying condition for a while so thankfully due to my utter exhaustion and having to do blood tests etc. we discovered it. This took me right back to being in that medical tent, I feel your pain aghh😂 so proud of you, it's been amazing following your journey! X
