Hmmm.. I'm a little late here - but I think the phrase is ...People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care.....my dad told me that all the time. I break down Culture into 3 -- Personnel Operations Strategy -- Morale is a big part of Personnel (Talent too of course) and that phrase is a big one that can make up for a lot of other Personnel mistakes..

Question coach. I started watching football 2 years ago seriously. I’m addicted to it and I try learning as much as I can when I have time. I’m 20 years old and was wondering what I can do to become a coach. Doesn’t matter what level. I just want to start somewhere and work my way up. Thanks

I was going to school to teach and coach. Didn’t finish. But 10 years later decided to get certified. Went to my high school and talked to the head coach about helping however.
