I am glad you were chosen as a GB Ultra ambassador, Andrew. You will be able to attract more normal people (by normal I mean not elite runners) doing these ultras. You are very honest about your experience and I think when you show people how it is and what it takes for you, it kind of puts people more at ease and makes them think that they could have a go at it too.
