Id recommend watching Zealand hes great at explaining stuff in an entertaining way.

I've always found infuriating watching people play a game I love without a dam clue of what they're doing but this was just hilarious. FM took over my life after EAFC continually got worse this year. Its a bit daunting at first trying to understand all the systems etc but its so rewarding, had a practice half season with United to learn and then when I figured out my formation and tactics, we won the league, Højlund is phenomenal, scored 33 goals across all competitions for me, 4-2-3-1 formation

by the way what i often do, in order to save time, or even because it is so daunting especially as a beginner is you can assign responsibilites to your staff. I find this very useful for team and individual training, as well as to contracts for staff as well as hiring and firing the majority of the staff, apart from DOF and Technical director and senior roles like that. Any other help needed then just feel free to ask :).
