Walked into a relative's home and there was Gilligan's Island in COLOR! My very first view on a color television. The greens, the red and blue shirts of Gilligan an Skipper! I was amazed! Looking back I wonder how the color could have been so perfectly adjusted on a color tv of the first generation. Those of a certain age will recall how hard it was to get the color tuned in just right.

I was so used to seeing colour tv at other homes that when my mom proudly asked us what we thought (about the new colour tv she'd bought) my brother and I didn't know what she was talking about. It was very anticlimactic. I have to say, I was more impressed with HD tv than colour. LOL xox

I also carried a grudge for years against Roxxxy for how she treated Jinkx (beyond shade to just mean, ALL THE TIME). But then she wasn't as nasty on AS2, and I was hopeful. Then I saw her as the MC at a show here in Pittsburgh where she was not only a great MC in general, there was an exceedingly drunk woman in the audience who kept interrupting Roxxxy's patter, and Roxxxy teased her a bit but handled her like an absolute pro. I was impressed.

The $$$ I heard was $50K each appearance fee and $25K each "production allowance" ie costume/shipping stipend. So $75K each. My guess is the split amounts are to help them with tax liability

Hello Wilma, well.. hello Wilma! It's so nice to have you back where you belong. I really did "MISS YOU" I'm so serious. Good to see Wilhelmina at your side again too. I think this will be a good season. The one thing I miss in this version is a really honest critique from the judges. Since there is no elimination, the judges seem to sugar coat their opinions more than in a regular season. I know you needed a break, and you absolutely deserved it, last season was such a good one that i often thought, I wonder how Wilma is feeling about this. Mwah!

Eschewed? LOL, I'm impressed hehehe. Welcome back gals! Ok, right to it then. Gotmiks' "Crash", let's talk about the elephant in the room, or rather the elephant glued to her stomach. It was really strange and Ugh-a-lee just stapled to her, if it wrapped around her it would have been 1000 times more effective, jus sayin. I kinda liked Nina's look, but that tiny hat, was a poor choice, also, I got the "criminal" thing but it didn't work as instead of calling out that people are calling Drag criminal, it was like she was a criminal. Plastique's Wings, what can I say? OMG stunning! Shannel will NEVER let you forget she was first in LOL And yeah Angie was Her-sterical! Runway and lipsync! I am NOT a fan of the badges/plunger/snip (I agree on the name "Ruby Snippers" being a great name though), it went South on All stars 7, all winners. as in the end they were just throwing badges at them in the end. Ok deep breath.... See part deux.

The Paint Ball: Chromatica could have been eliminated. Angie's Hair and Plastique's Red were the stars of that runway. Art runway: Shannel's Wave, Gotmick's Munch. Paint Outfit: OMG Plastique's Cherry blossom painted Cloak was amazing, the whole concept was so well done. Angie's outfit was really constructed well, fit great, and looked stunning on her. It said nothing about paint, and I still can't see the Ombre. Gotmick's Punk-inspired (her art/painting was really nice as well) was really nice too. Roxxy's outfit was too ambitious, as no time to line it. She could have at least done French seams (I'm surprised you didn't call that Wilma, shame on you! LOL). And yes, anything but black (and that was definitely an Ombre. Who the Eff chose that lipsync song? Fire them!

I'm sorry, but I'm not a fan of Gottmik after first hearing how she and Violet treat service workers terribly, and then her and Violet laughing off the accusations like their behavior was no big deal. How a person treats wait staff, makeup artists, etc. is a reflection of their character, and Gottmik seems to have none at all. Okay, off my soapbox...and of course since I don't like Gottmik that means she's gonna win lol... Angeria is the one I'll be rooting for this season. I just love her energy and kindness. And I LOVED her Southern Belle look! I'm so excited you're reviewing RPDR again! I totally understand why you took a break, though. OMG, Pixie. I hadn't heard anything about Gottmik and Violet. Mostly because I'm not fans of either of them enough to search out news and gossip about them. As talented as they both are, I feel like Violet is very snobbish but as far as Gottmik goes, he comes off as that classic "kid brother" trope. Always wanting to hang with the adults and please everyone so I can see how his companions could influence his actions. Not that I'm making excuses. Being mean to people who are just doing their jobs is unacceptable. Period. I feel like people who watch the Real Housewives act like that. barf. I'm rooting for Miss Angie too.
