For everyone overreacting to the 'headbutt', watch it in 0.25 speed. Viv didn't hit Jinkx's head, she just nudged their wig. The sound you can hear when it happens is a mix of the podium lifting and their jewellery moving. Jinkx would have much more of a reaction if they actually banged heads. Plus you can see she anticipates what Viv is going for and goes along with it by moving backwards.

Rupaul had an entire challenge called "snap out of it" where they did theater slaps, one of the first things I learned in theater was how to fake fall without hurting yourself, Viv and Jinx know know to do that, also they have so much makeup on that if their faces touched there'd be a mark.
