WHO AM I
I am Veemsen, a filmmaker, KZbinr and former British Army(Gurkha) working in London. I am originally from Nepal. I make films, music videos, commercials and KZbin videos. I recently did my first feature length horror movie called KATHAPUTALI - THE PUPPET

Rupees 500- This is a Nepali short film that we shot in Kathmandu in one day with no budget. We just wanted to experiment and practice guerilla style filmmaking.
Synopsis : Birkha Bahadur is local porter in Kathmandu Nepal who earns Rupees 500 one day and spends the next day debating what to purchase with that money but something is waiting in his fate.

The title somehow captured my mind.Panch saya rupaiya..After seeing this,Lord knows how much I have started to value 500 rupees.It's so hard to even earn a rupee yet i'm out there spending thousands on stuffs I don't need.I regret not carefully spending the money which my parents earned. The intro scene was spectacular!GOD! I love Himalayas.! the script superbly written and my!the direction! superb! I"ll be looking forward to more short films! keep up the good work! Nepali Pride!
