Thanks for putting on subtitles!

Basic Point here is cut loose all the labels it's all energy. Energy without labels is freedom from the self. Rupert Spira sounds pretty much like Eckhart Tolle. I remember a teacher from well over 20 years ago her name is Gangaji. She's still around but she said all of this stuff very articulately and with great compassionate insight so long ago. And there are a lot of energy teachers or gurus today that pretty much are teaching the same things as Spira, even just the basic New Age teachers today. The commercial before this KZbin video teaches the same thing. This kind of message is all over the place today.

The fear is often there to prompt action. And, if we don't take the action we will often get 'problems'. ( A disappointed friend, a lost home, a lost sale, power cut due to delayed payment,. etc.). So it's not enough to dissipate fear, although I accept the wisdom of avoiding Buddha's second arrow. (Thoughts).
@pps12235 жыл бұрын

I have a similar question. I was linked to this by family as I suffer from depression and suicidal thoughts. They believe I am just scared or it’s just the negative thoughts. I can’t connect with this video at all as my fears are not the cause of my depression, but rather the outcome. How can I face fear when my anxiety attacks come out of nothing and my numbness from irrational amounts of emotion.
@hdot42585 жыл бұрын
@@savannahherrera4591 You should should not look for the thoughts but rather face the anxious sensations within you when they have a hold on you. Face those feelings head on and those sensations will cease to exist.
@laisa.4 жыл бұрын
@@savannahherrera4591 your thoughts aren't real. You just think they are because of the feeling they give you. Thought is a construct but the body doesn't know that, that is why we can watch a movie (not real) but still feel deep emotions. Emotions are only energies moving around inside us. They are electric charges. They say nothing about who or what you are. YOU are not depressed. You only have thoughts which lead to an unwanted feeling and we describe those as depression. And we wonder why we have these thoughts and emotions and get caught up in the Why, and start analyse and think we have a problem we need to Work on. But they were only thoughts to begin with. If you can see "bad, depressive" thoughts like you do with a nightmare, can you imagine when you wake up and you are relieved this was just a dream? Well, that can also be done with thoughts. You can see they have nothing to do with you. You don't have to believe them at all. You can insted go do something nice, put on a song you like, dance and sing! And when you catch yourself an realize you haven't had depressive thoughts for a little while - then that is the proof that YOU *are* not depressed. You inly happen ro believe the thoughts that bring an unpleasant feeling, because we don't like the feeling. But feelings pass. Just like thoughts. ⚘

@THXx11384 жыл бұрын
Chemical fear is a different experience than the fear of something. I was injured by benzodiazepines which renders a person in a state of terror induced by the brain and central nervous system injury. At last I have come out of the unimaginable hell that lasted 3.5 years and am now able to CHOOSE to not fear.

+Arnold Nagy If we stay present with the experience, whatever it is, it does not become a judgement in the conditioned mind. In pure presence (an awakened, pure subjectivity) experience is not resisted, judged or pushed against. Only in surrender is the truth revealed. Confusion arises when we bring thought to the experience. Judgments of good and bad are mind generated just as good and bad are. While the body may react to experience in it's primordial programming the minds programming is what distorts what is real. Cheers!
