rural day in a life / nature trail - story 1

Hello wildlings!
I thought I would film something a little different this month! Here is a snippet of my day in a life as a biologist and naturalist living in a very rural area. Innately I ended up turning this vlog into a little nature trail as-well, but that is just me and usually what I end up doing day to day anyways! Your study area looks superb. Unfortunately I'm stuck on the Isle of Wight at the moment, having to make do with a couple of sea eagles just beyond the tree nesting cormorant colony..... ; ) Keep the vlogs going

@@anearthingpath hopefully Eagles will occupy the Fal soon. I’ve been lobbying the uni etc to consider a Falmouth reintroduction next!

I was just thinking today as I was walking, it would be useful for me if you did a video on hedgerows and how to identify the different plants and trees. Also, I've tried but failed several times to get into identifying bumblebees but just keep getting confused. That would be cool too 😃 a few ideas for you perhaps.

@@anearthingpath Yay :) I love looking at the hedgerows. So vibrant throughout the year but especially now. Although I believe my knowledge is better than a few years ago now I'm pretty sure I've not got the right name for everything. For example, I heard you saying about foxgloves in video and I thought ... oopps, I might be slightly wrong. I'm also aware there are many types of hedge parsley but I tend to just clump them together :)
