I was thinking exactly the same on both points. I think maybe the audience for this type of video isn't as familiar with the KZbin algorithm and how important likes and comments are to keep a video circulating. It's a shame this video has a few hundred likes while someone posting a celebrity gossip video gets 100k likes.

I've seen a bunch of wagon wheels made, normally to put the tire on, they get it very hot so it expands, put it on the wheel then cool it off with water, and it shrinks onto the wood wheel. It appears to me that machine compressed the tire onto the wheel, is that what was happening?
