Wow, it's refreshing to say the least to see people reacting to an old anime of my childhood, I'm glad this remake seems to be faithful enough to the manga enough and it's getting new people to watch Kenshin

In the translation of the manga that I saw (which was the first time they brought the manga to my country) Anji was even more specific, and said that the two attacks should be executed in one millisecond for "Mastery of Two Layers" to work; here they translated it to "one instant", but in this sense I think it's the same thing. Well, I think you can call everything that happened so far an "introduction" (except for Kenshin breaking his Sakabatō, which, personally, I see more as something that would happen more in the main plot), and now let's move on to the Kyoto arc.

Anji is such a great character

Sanosuke is a tank, he will take a beating and do this best to get back up, his fighting style is offensive and he so hates giving Saito the satisfaction of being right and learning defense he prefer gets stronger on offensive technique as he learned with Anji, At ending Anji really thought he passed away so was going to say a prayer for him lol, next two episodes gonna pick up 🔥🔥, to be honest all from here on

Not inspiration more like just blatant copying.

@@rauliggynashow9092 Demon Slayer and Rurouni Kenshin have completely different themes and stories. Anji and Himejima have many similarities, but they also have many differences. What is so "blatantly copied" about them?

@@くれ-c4r The character that people relate to copying from the two shows is Kenshin and Kokushibo. They're not talking about Anji and Himejima.

@@Mythriaz The similarities between Anji and Himejima are often discussed, Kenshin and Kokushibo have even less in common. The only thing they have in common is that they are both swordsmen; their birth eras, appearance, background, circumstances, personalities, and fighting styles are all completely different. At least in Japan, I have never heard anyone say that Kenshin and Kokushibo look alike. There's no reason for them to be called "like just blatant copying."

Another member of the Ten Swords will be introduced soon in Kyoto. If not next episode, then in Ep. 8.

Let the show reveal someone is a member of the Ten Swords instead of you posting spoilers. Just don't talk about things that haven't happened yet.

@@rauliggynashow9092 not much of a spoiler since the rest of the Ten Swords will be introduced in Kyoto, it's their battleground, that's why it's called Kyoto Disturbance.

@@annadomingo3153 You can try to justify spoilers all you want but a spoiler is a spoiler. Just don't do it. It is additional information that reveals the plot of the next episode. Just by saying so little, you confirm the show won't deviate to X and Y direction.
@rauliggynashow90922 ай бұрын
@annadomingo3153 if you can't help yourself from revealing tiny spoilers then you can't stop yourself from revealing the big spoilers so just don't reveal any spoilers. Trust me the reactors prefer it this way.
