Most likely a good mic or having the guitar directly connected to the computer using a software like pro tools or guitar rig. Regarding the sound it's clear the reverb effect added and contributting for that sound in particular are the nylon strings of the guitar instead of steel. Great sounding and beautiful cover! Hoping to see more videos soon ;)
