Saw Primus w Rush in Atlanta at the Omni. Perfect! Another combo act just as good was Living Colour & King's X.

I remember the Rotterdam lag of the Hold Your Fire tour and Geddy was just exhausted during the show

@@westsidecater they all had flu at various times during that tour and Geddy had issues with his throat. They took an extended break afterwards

@@fever_spike Alex in interview with M.E.A.T. Magazine March '92 (on Cygnus website) - "Geddy got sore in his throat often, and I got the flu...it was one thing after another. It was a very tense, stressful tour." There's mention of it in the Contents under Pressure book too. I'm sure I read that they *all* had flu but can't find it now. Anyway, after the tour they went straight into working on ASOH and were exhausted by the time they finished. But after a 7 month break everyone was happy to get back to work on Presto :)

I saw every concert on that tour in Europe. There was no support as I remember just one concert where Wishbone ash supported them in Germany. Frankfurt or Stuttgart I can’t remember. Slept on train stations etc apart from Frankfurt where we had a hotel with one of those £99 Sounds or NME concert deals. We met them there and left after the concert to get to Stuttgart. Memorable.
