Geddy Lee is by far the coolest and most humble Rock Star in the history of all rock.

The friendship between Geddy and Alex is one of the coolest things about Rush. Very few bands stay together as long as they have, and to still be best friends with someone you met in Grade 6 (as they say in Canada) is amazing. Love how they still call Neil "The New Guy" even though he joined the band in 1974! Great guys and great musicians.

+Robert Leonard Agrees 100 percent! Rush became "Family" for this old rocker back in April of 1975....My #1 since and always to be. Cheers

It's a consolation to me to know that Geddy and Alex will, undoubtedly, be looking out for eachother and supporting one another now that Neil is no longer with us. They have such a close bond, like soul brothers. There will be sorrow but I imagine that there will also be laughter. Love to them, and all of their families and the Rush community around the world. 🙏❤️😔

That's what has drawn me in. It's 2023 and I'm just starting to "get" and like their music even though I've known about them for more than 40 years.

Finally, an interview with (mostly) none of the stupid questions that the guys are probably tired of hearing but graciously answer anyway.

One of the best interviews I've seen...Interviewer asking some great questions, not the cookie cutter bull shit...This is awesome

To play a 3 hour set at their age with the most demanding style of music that they play is very admirable..

Great interview. I like the moment when the guys let down their guard and started acting goofy with each other. They were a lot more reserved at the start.

I was at this show and remember Alex holding that note....now I understand why - he was waiting for Geddy to get onstage! Ha ha

These guys were a cornerstone of my life and how lucky was I? January 1986 Power Windows Houston The Summit 9th row I was 17 it was the greatest show I’ve ever seen that and Peter Gabriel SO tour.....how I miss them but it’s the natural order of things like just turning 50....it beats the alternative

the Snakes and Arrows tour stands out to me with performance and live treatment of the material..really seems like they had a pronounced deliberate to all their various eras; the mix is epic, specific tiny nuances hit their marks, and they exhibit natural chemistry that seems the least forced of later tours..👍

They've got to be talking about Snakes and Arrows. I remember hearing "Far Cry" for the first time as a pre-release single on the radio air waves in the spring with my headphones on while listening to a portable radio and working outdoors.

Must be talking about Red Rocks at the front, as I recall the visitor center has photos of performances there even before anyone thought to build a stage, turn of the century. It's a great place to visit even if there's no show that night, and it has hiking trails, in addition to people using the bleachers to run up and down for exercise.
