Yes but the real estate in Ghana is now a bubble. Most of these big mansions built will stay empty forever. With no infrastructure, no road, no running water or electricity you can't count that as an investment 🤔

Your employer fires you if the customer reports disrespect. They care about the name and their brand so much that, an employee will be let go to get the other customers.

I dont think so. The diaspora are living the country in masses. Nobody is ready to buy a house for $100k just to visit for few weeks in a year
