Don't make the casserole too complicated, just brown off your favourite meat with your favourite root veg, just chopped same size, some good potatoes that will 'fall into the gravy and thicken it. Add any herbs you like and stock cube. , boils then simmer with a tight lid for as long as it takes! Don't forget water to cover, you can always add more if necessary.Do some 'roasties' in the air fryer and some honey and mustard parsnips, oh and sprouts! It'll be fine. Get frozen mash add lots of butter and cream.
