Haven't had much time for SF6 or KZbin content, so just sharing the few clips I've acculated over the holiday period 🙂

So many good ones. I think that hurricane kick punish you got on Zangief was my favorite. Cool stuff.

Always a pleasure to watch you playing SF6, you have improved, very talented.

I feel your pain trying to play solid against the nuts that play this game Rush. I think consistency is the key in being comfortable with most peoples attempts to overwhelm you with unsafe options. Was good to see how you handle ranked, nice video 👍🏼
@RushG18 күн бұрын
@@mikey22355 it's tough for sure, to be consistent in a game that has this amount of RPS, both in terms of situations and options in those situations is tough, brutal at times. On defense I find you have to commit to an option and accept your fate at times which isn't a design choice I like, I learned to block and wait for an opportunity in SFV. This is a really bad approach in SF6

Do you have some recommendations for practicing anti airs, especially cross cuts? I can do them clean in training mode, but my brain doesn't remember to do them in a match. Mental stack is too high.
@chris-cu3kl18 күн бұрын
If it’s in match jitters u just gotta come into matches with hitting crosscuts as the only thing you have in mind even if it means losing more interactions.
@RushG18 күн бұрын
@@coal_91 go into matches focusing on the anti airs as your highest priority, forget checking drive rush, whiff punishing. The more you do this the more it will become more second nature. The muscle memory then builds. Also you have to appreciate that I've been doing this at this level for a number of years. So it's practice over time too. Just keep at it 👌
@coal_9118 күн бұрын
@@RushG Thanks for the advice, appreciate it! I'm gonna focus on anti airs in the next sessions. Probably gonna do it in BattleHub so I don't have to worry about MR

Hi do you have recommendations for remapping buttons on a dual sense pro controller.Specifically for hk I have kkk mapped to r2 for sprint but unsure where to map hk
@RushG18 күн бұрын
@@minista_ripsta6056 I don't unfortunately, this is why I use a 6 button fightpad, having ten individual mappable buttons is so good
@yurimidna332618 күн бұрын
Hey rush, a quick tech for you and all kens out there to optimally punish Reversals (specially if you parry them) is to wait till they are near the ground and do a drive rush cr. Heavy punch>run stop> and another cr. heavy punch. It adds about 300 damage total... makes a big difference on punishes and you barely spend any bar since you get it back with the first two heavy punches.
@yurimidna332618 күн бұрын
7:04 you could have done that and it REALLY fking hurts, fr

I don't exclusively do coaching but I'm always down to help. Once new year is out the way I can plan how future content is looking so can try to incorporate it into that. Best way to keep in touch is via discord if you have it?
