I have a 67 Lincoln that needs restoration. The guy I bought it from cut the top off and that's it. It runs and drives but after we spray starter fluid in the carburetor. The exhaust needs to be replaced as well. .

The show skims across the bodywork by showing a little bit of rust repair needed to the floor and qtr panel only. That car needed well over 100hrs of rust repair all over that car and bodywork. The show makes it seem like it happened overnight lol

Its ok to cut the rust out but there's rust for a reason water in getting in , what do they do around the guards to prevent the rust coming back , how about internal spraying with something like Fish Oil .

En el vídeo de la reparación del carro observé que estaba muy picado del pizo y cuando lo estaban reparando vi que le ponían láminas lisas sin hacerle el dibujo de fabrica al pizo ,eso es lo que observé del vídeo , y eso me párese poco original y pierde valor el carro

Um, how much do you think a 2012 srt cost in 2017?? lol And they’re doing a lot of that work for free on the tv show because it brings them viewership. Not to mention that guy could’ve sold stock, a house, life insurance from a relative etc.
