Dear Madam// We are accustomed to using NAARTANGAI for pickles as well as for bath as it is good for health and digestion. So the poondu (garlic) is used almost daily in rasam, tamarind sauce and chutney. Once tasted the mudskathan keerai dosai in Srirangam where I am put up.
