Thank you, Russel. Youbare helping me build the courageand will to get cleam by showing me why Ive become this husk, but also by showing me that there is life and light and meaning outside of this. Bless you for posting. Russell's organization always responds to me when I feel like using or worse...A phone number or a video like this one. I ALWAYS want to get out of me, I dislike me and I feel bad because I am not proud about being clean- Thanks to every addict and therapy groups. Namaste

I guess abstinence recovery works once you realize your life is unmanageable with everything. Obviously find a program that works best for you and your recovery. I’m a relapsed and for me abstinence and working the steps and getting a sponsor got me 7months and 2 days clean today. Rehab medi cal helped me with that and the payment plans they do offered also assisted for my recovery this 4th time around. Because me running my own program got me constantly relapsing. But again this is just MY recovery journey
