I agree with what he is saying about food products. I think people really need to be more aware of what they eat and drink. Not everything there is made to benefit you. Even small things like the fluids you drink. I drink strictly water, occasionally I may have something else but I tend to stay pretty distant from things like Coke, Pepsi, Cows Milk ETC. Just a side note: if anyone suffers from acne, avoid dairy products.

Yeah that's right man & that's the biggest issue we all face when it comes to water. This is just an opinion but fluoride definitely isn't in our water to benefit our teeth. There is a much deeper cause. Ways I've found to avoid fluoride is firstly to avoid tap water. I very, very rarely drink tap water. The next would be to drink bottled water instead of tap water. I've done some research on this and found that even though they claim there is no fluoride in bottled water there may be traces of it - or outright lies on the packaging. So again that makes it difficult. The final step I can advise would be to buy a water distiller. The only problem with that is the price as they are pretty expensive. I drink (or I try for the most part) distilled bottle water, which I also find has the best, cleanest taste. When I get enough money I am definitely going to invest in a water distiller as it is the only way I can monitor entirely what I'm drinking. I'm the type of person who is heavily in to health so this to me is a great investment. I don't want to enter my 30's, 40's with a range of health problems so I try my best to be aware of what I eat & drink. I just wish more people would do the same as most people I know are eating fast food 7 days a week. Guzzling sodas and so on. No exercise. The results aren't going to be good. Another factor that I've found plays a major part on health is stress. I think it's a silent killer. I very rarely get ill and unwell (maybe one cold every year - sometimes if that) but I find as soon as I am under a lot of stress, I become unwell. So for me there is a DIRECT correlation. I'm sure you know most of what I've stated above but I hope it somewhat helps man.

You're right about Alkali foods. I watched a video by Dr. Sebi (rest in peace) and he gave a whole range of information on the subject. As far as Europeans introducing Africans to meat and dairy, I swear I heard Dr. Sebi say the exact same thing. I may be wrong though. I'm not too up to date on the original diet of Africans but it sounds interesting so I'll research it sometime. The only thing I would say is that most of central Africa is desert and dry land. When I went out there several years back, some of the counties were bone dry and showed no hope of fruition. Unless they have other means of living off the land.

On the police brutality issue though. The only way i see that stopping is if the system holds the cops accountable for there actions.
