Seahawks fan here. Last year Bobby Wagner played for a division rival and yet I was still happy to see him succeed. Meanwhile Russell Wilson has been terrible in the most humiliating fashion and I've been delighted and amused by it. Both guys won us a Superbowl but the difference in how we now see them is enormous. Wilson spent the last couple of years in Seattle feeding the media passive-aggressive comments about wanting to leave so now Seattle fans hate him. But he's a huge bust in Denver so those fans hate him too. If he literally retired two years ago he would be a lock for the hall of fame and a legend in Seattle but now he's thought of as a fraud and isn't beloved anywhere.

Running backs are leading in receiving yards, Russ running for his life for yet another season (lead in rushing in first half), you think he doesn’t want to pass to the wideouts? … Do the Broncos even have a TE? Their WR’s are the worst in the league and it’s not even close. Same issue as last year, swapping out the coaching doesn’t address that. Russ is playing fine this season, you know who’s not? Also, I feel like this entire team apart from 1 or 2 players has adapted to the losing culture and they don't really have the motivation to try hard and win games. I like how football is this place to see 'opportunism' being rewarded. If you think about it, being an opportunist has never been this character trait, that gets you complimented.
