Welcome to the Daneliya Tuleshova Intergalatic Magical Musical Show. There are many fine young singers out there at this time, and thats good for all of us music lovers. I listen and admire the young talent emerging right now around the world. Still, Beautiful young Daneliya simply floats right to the top, shines a bit brighter, her voice and control at a breathtaking level. You managed to pickup on so many of her vocal qualities in just 2 reactions. Trust me much more to pick up on in future songs if you choose to do so. PLEASE DO SO! If you don't know the story of how she got started, I'll try to keep it short. It was her Dad that noticed something had changed in Daneliya's voice when she was around 7. He talked it over with his his wife, and they decided to put her in a school with a performing arts emphasis. They went to her vocal instructor and asked if they should get Daneliya a private vocal coach. The teacher said no that it would be a waste of time and money. So some time passed and I am not certain of what exactly happened, but one day the teacher was somewhere near by some students working on different things when the teacher heard a voice that made her stop what she was doing and listen 100% to that voice. She went to find who was singing and it turned out to be Daneliya. The teacher went straight back to her room went through her drawers and found entry forms for a nation wide singing competition for kids. She quickly sent in the entry forms and waited to see if Daneliya would make it in, she did. Then the teacher went to Daneliya's parents and told them what she had done. The they asked Daneliya if she wanted to. They all said yes. They went just to see where Daneliya stood as far as the other children many of whom had been having singing teachers for years in the competition. So as fate would have it Daneliya won the competition, as one judge put it, "She sings as an adult how are the other children supposed to compete with that." Then he went on to say, " she has been kissed on the forehead by God." Daneliya has had some good fortune to be sure. But she has worked hard and is on the road to whatever she wants out of this. For me I am going to enjoy whatever she does. Thanks for the great reaction.

But she's still very young, and both she and her parents are anxious that she complete her high school education, and that she doesn't rush in too quickly into a full-blown professional musical career. About proncouncing her name, lots of people (especially in the U.S. England, etc.) stumble over it. The correct pronunciation is as follows: "Da-NEL-ee-ya / Too-LESH-eh-va" (with the emphasis falling on the capitalized syllables).
