From what I heard on UA TV said that the Russian tank crew. Thought they were about to get targeted by artillery and fpv that they are so paranoid about saboteurs that they are freaking out over the slightest thing so they usually abandon everything and take off on foot whatever happened they definitely took off in a hurry leaving the tank behind

Yeah it really doesn't make sense to leave a running tank they could have left the area instead but that fight or flight instincts mixed in with extreme paranoia in Adrenaline took over corrupting their decisions to do the logical thing and it paid with the entire crew getting taken out by fpv drones

I did a deal where I bought 48 Ukrainian MRE 24 hour ration packs, 47 for the troops, 1 for me. Seriously, their MRE's are superb, better than anything in NATO, even the German ones. If I had to live on 10 year out of date russian ration packs, I'd swap a tank for something decent too.

I would bet a russian commander send a lone tank with an order to defend the passage. On the location they saw multiple destroyed russian vehicles, understood what is going on, perhaps heard the drone, and just ran.

This bridge has been a bit of a story this week. There was a btr with dismounts hit at the beginning of the week. Another ifv was also shot up under that bridge and there is a video of a t62 pushing it out of the way while it was burning which felt reckless. And only then do we get to the t72 being parked under the bridge. There was talks that the russians didn't just leave the key in the ignition the tank was still running. To be fair to them tons of drones hit the tank crew hard as they ran away. So maybe they were under fire got scared and ran away? Can't ask them anymore cuz they don't exist.

I presume they were said to "block the passage under the bridge", their commanders assuming that they will stay in their tank and fire at anyone who may come, thus blocking the passage. But brave orcs took it literally. And parked a tank here. Blocking the passage....

This is the third video of this particular bridge. The BTR engaged at close range, the Brem with the dozer blade moving wrecks out of the way and this video. Though I believe the video with the Brem is the most recent based on the wrecks

They left the Tank for whatever purpose, with engine still going. Ukraine just had to jump in and drive. The russian tank crew was eliminated with fpv, a few minutes later they abandoned the tank.
