For me, the best overall package amongst these is Sergey 2016 It had everything. Unfortunately, although he won the televote, he was totally screwed over by the juries....(21 national juries gave him nil points).......a completely political issue, which, although understandable, was unforgivable. Russia still hasn't recovered from being prejudiced by national juries. I hate political issues prejudicing song contests but it is a reality in a human world.

I vote for Little Big. I'm from Russia and you guys didn't offend me at all, everyone has different opinion, I get and appreciate it. And I can totally see why you don't like them. Firstly, you reacted for Uno, Big D*ck and Skibidi, these are songs just for fun, without any offense and deep meaning. Probably, your opinion that they are "silly and nothing more" based on this. But they actually don't. They always pay so many attention and effort in their songs and music videos, If they were just silly they would never achieve such popularity in the whole world. I've known them until 2013, they released 2 very fun and clever songs laughing about stereotypes about Russia (Every Day I'm Drinking and Give Me Your Money) and 2 serious songs with a dark messages (Life in da Trash and Dead Unicorn). I already realized then that they had a great future. They put so many effort in those songs, every music video, they all contain "easter eggs", references, points of interest, material for thought and etc. And they showed right then that they may be different. Yes, right now they do much more fun songs and it's not bad at all, we need it. The last song "s'ck my d*ck" is not the same as "big d*ck", it's an absolutely different things, it's a story about events happened in that controversal 2020 year telling in a funny way, again, with so many references. Is it really that silly? I don't think so. Secondly, I can see, you try to be defferent eurofans from UK, you like some fun Eurovision songs like Moustache but... Mostly you are still into ballads and serious songs, just like pure UK eurofans that, for example, extremely dislike their own interesting efforts (2006, 2007, 2015). You just try too hard to be very serious adult people. It's OK, I get it but not overdo it, please. Come on, we all need some fun. Little Big tried to bring traditional Eurovision fun back, it became so serious in recent years. And they did it absolutely right, I'm so glad people liked it (these views on official video are not only from Russians, hope you understand it). So, they did everything right. I pray they come back this year (I think they will be confirmed at last possible day). By the way, they really can do something much more interesting than Uno.

Actually Mummy Troll is a cool band. They was very popular in my childhood and I enjoy them if I hear them nowadays. I liked Ylia Savicheva back then but this song doesn't work for me. Alsu's song was nice but she is more about father's money than her own talent. Alla Pugacheva is a very questionable character but no one can deny how gorgeous and amazing she was back than. I still enjoy her older songs. Never liked Dima Bilan and do not understand how he got this first place. Sergey and Polina are legends of course. I kinda sympathetic for Sergey's and pretty neutral for Polina's personalities but musically and vocally they are stunning. And about t.A.t.U.: it all was playing, they are not lesbians nor bisexuals. Just all this gay theme was kinda new for audience so they built this image for money. And now one of them (black-haired one) are saying some homophobic sh*t sometimes. And actually this wasn't that bad with homophobia in Russia back then. Well in the streets maybe, but on TV was a lot of pretty gay stuff, guys kissing guys and girls kissing girls in the music videos. There was one video, I didn't pay attention back then 'cause I was a child but when I saw it recently I was shocked. It was a story about a guy who was in love with trans-person (or that was a crossdresser man, that wasn't specified). And this video was on music channels! Prime time! Now this feels crazy. All this homophobic propaganda is pretty new and was mostly built in the past decade or so. And Anastasia Prihodko, yeah, she is Ukrainian and choirs was in Ukrainian with Ukranian music vibes, lol. But I can admit that Slavic traditional music came out of pretty same place so Ukranian, Belarusian and Russian folk songs can sound somehow alike for foreigner.)
