@@SAIDGALER loool, you must be tripping. I rather for Somalia to establish stronger economic and military ties with Russia and Turkey. We can share economical and military products and services. The main goal for Somalia is to be self sufficient as soon as possible so we don't have to rely on other countries. First step is unity, education and building up the defense services. I know Russia switched sides in the late 80's but that was mainly to blame on Siad Barre, this guy was talking and moving wreck less. Russia had no issue with us taking back Ogaden, but once they realised that the Somali army was marching toward Addis abbeba, they warned him not to, he didn't listen and was talking reckless. So I don't really blame them. Plus by that time Ethiopia was a communist government, so it was a loose-loose situation once me moved further towards their capital. Plus the world and Russians were shocked by our military tactics and swiftness.
@yonasmulugetaasfaw5 жыл бұрын

@ヨニス i really hate people who support dictators just because they come same qabiil as them. Afweeyne was reckless to gamble a war with Ethiopians, but having done so, he did it with his best Russian trained officers in incarceration. The somalis suffered significant losses early on at the onset of the war until a mutiny started to erupt within the senior command, forcing Afweeynes hand in releasing Col Abdullahi yusuf and then col Aideed from laabantajiirow. Then the senior command was reorganised and real progress was made in godeey leading to the fall of mangistu's nerve centre in beshuftu. This nerve centre was in oromia and not in somali galbeed, having over run it, siyaad barre started to talk on moving troops to Adis Abbaba, instead of dismantling its infrastructure and moving troops south and eastwards to reinforce S.G positions. This tactle blunder made Gen Aideed (then col.) To seek one to one audience with high command back in mogadishu. Upon his brief and silent return to xamar , a visibly drunk Afweeyne insisted on teaching amxaro a lesson by capturing Adis for even a few hours. Aideed then left back for the frontlines highly demoralized and told the troops of Afweeyne's madness. Its then that the russians go to know of this silly plan and they decided to switch sides and starting airlifting the 73 and 74 tanks behind somali lines. At the time, american supply lines were still flowing to the ethiopian positions and this changed the cause of the war. So who is making up what where?

Despite the fact that Madagascar is only a few hundred miles away from mainland Africa the Austronesians actually settled the island first, then later joined by the Bantus of Africa. Austronesians were an ancient seafaring people that had their linguistic origin (Urheimat) on the the island of Taiwan. The Malayo branch spread to the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia and towards Madagascar eastward. The Polynesian branch spread west to Micronesia, Melanesia, Samoa, Fiji, Tonga, Hawaii, and Rapa Nui (Easter Island). That explains why he looks East Asian but actually has ancestry to the original inhabitants of the island.

Look at the fall of Libya; who instigated the fall, Russia? This is a case of a a pot calling a kettle black. We need to create an environment that shields African democracies from external political influence. Unfortunately, the African masses refused to think critically, refused to objectively analyse political events and most importantly refused to ask themselves who they are. We abdicate our responsibilities to decide to greedy power brokers who sell our resources to the highest bidder bidder for personal gains./
