The Russians gave advanced notice of their visit to Havana and Venezuela and provided assurance none of the ships were carrying nuclear weapons and were not a threat to the US. This story is just fear mongering, Russia's fleet has been to Cuba before in the past since Cuba and Russia are allies. The sailors look forward to going to Cuba since a lot of the other port of calls they use are cold water ports, this one is the only one they regularly use in the Caribbean. When its reported that they are building nuclear missile silos in Cuba then I'll be concerned.
