I was involved in developing Dubai 21 years ago. It was people like you who were saying that the projects were not going to be completed. How did that prediction go ? 2008 crash presented a problem for property developers and investors were going to lose their money. The Royal family stepped in rescuing the developers. What other nation was able to do such a thing during 2008? In fact many NATO countires bailed out the banks making the people pay the price.
