2s38 is really Bad. Shot a Boxer mgs 3 times from behind and 4 times from the side and it didnt pen him half of my Shots and i only turned his Commander and turret Ring dark yellow. Wtf

welcome to low-cal sub-cal dmg model, 25mm to 75mm cannon use the exact same damage model for its sub-cal shell so yes they are COMPLETE ASS. 2s38 saving grace is the fire rate + relatively powerful darts that one-tap barrels bring a couple of APHE as a backup plan, not much - probly about 10-20 aphes
