Yes, It is the White Nights season. Between June 10 and July 10 the sun goes down at 11 PM or so, and is back up at 3 AM

@ wow 😮, that’s strangely unbelievable. How can someone know when’s night or be able to sleep, and might wake up by 4 o’clock, shower and going to work and not knowing is still not yet dawn. Russia 🇷🇺 is a different world on its own.

@@chisomahamba379 same in Sweden, Norway, and Alaska. North of the Arctic Circle the sun never sets in June at all. For example, in the Russian City of Murmansk. To sleep, one needs heavy curtains to block out the light.
