This is a clear case for special forces and the military. The individual could have taken an oath and served in the military, regardless of personal agreement with the situation. However, he committed an act of betrayal by taking equipment to the opposing force. If he disagreed with the orders, he could have simply disobeyed and left the military without taking any equipment or a helicopter, and without causing harm to his two comrades who were killed. In this context, the consequences are justified. I don’t see why this should be a special investigation secret, where special forces punish the traitor but not others who are innocent or affiliated.
