Nice trophy. I noticed from other videos that the banana double corn and banana strike dip works really well even without PVA. (The Old Pal seems to work best but it's still very early to say that.) The temperature will determine a lot of activity like irl. I'm from Belgium and only fished for carp. Would like to go fishing again but i have lot of other things on my plate atm. Time will tell. They really should do somthing about the fish pieces though,1 piece for 1 fish(?!),i accidently cut up a 20 kg+ carp like that and got 1 fish piece. 😭😂

They are very common there. Many matches there only count F1's.Fantastic venues there in the UK. With pellets and handline fishing with elastic coming out of the rod. The first 2 or 3 parts of your rod,now(a few years) they changed to another method,the elastic comes out of the rod(the first 3 or 4) parts and you can regulate the length by hand).I won a lot of matches,was champion of East-Flanders when i was only 15.My father was avery good fisher and was a friend of 3 time world champion Marcel van Den Eynde from Welle,Denderleeuw. Belgian here. Fished that style my whole life. But i got out of match fishing because it wasn't fun anymore(more stress than anything and very fast paced) and that was before they moved to pellet fishing. I still remember the times that you only needed a few balls of feed(that you made yourself,evryone had their secret recipe and people would actually do criminal things to get someone else's. lol)a can of corn or a box of maggots(5 €)16 % line,a float of 0.6 gr and a 10 hook and you could easily fish 100 kg in 2 sessions of 4 hours in a match with 99% carp pond. (Machet Vijvers Denderleeuw)With restricted amounts of bait etc. Many cheater were caught.One guy filled the last part of his rod(whre all the other parts fit in) with maggots. lol In Belgium we have many ponds that specialize in carp fishing. You even have some with carps only above 5kg and no reels allowed. :) That was fun and fights of an hour was not uncommon especially in the summer when they are at their strongest.Biggest i ever caught with handline was 16 kg...(that's a big deal with a handline and you can't move from your peg..)fought it about 1 hour and 10 minutes and it was in a match aswell,no good because it took 1 hour out of my four hour session in the afternoon.
