FYI, the director gave a clarification stating that it is not a temple, it's a Durga puja pandal.. and as a Bengali we celebrate Durga puja as a festival.. we do go to the Pandal with shoes on.. but if u go to the stage where the idol is then u need to take off ur shoes.. otherwise it's fine.. hope it's clear noe
