Purane jamane mein humarey paas bahat light kapde thhey muslin cotton jaise fabrics Heavy armor honge lekin kapde saree wagera light thii baat rahi deepika ki costume jisne bhi design kiya hey woh 5 10 crore se neeche toh nahi lega issilye aisa heavy banaya hoga ya phir usse traditional kapde banana nahi ati hogi Uss zamane mein kahan polymer polyester nylon fabrics bante thhey jo deepika ne ghoonghat wagera me lagaya heyy

@@pattnaik_anupam Bhai...sab log muslin ya malmal ke cloth nahin pehanate thhey.... especially kings and queens ki ceremonial dresses silk ya shaneil jaisi heavy fabric ki hua karti thhee....cotton ya muslin cloth only religious ceremonies jaise hawan ya yaggya ke time pehanate thhey.. anyway it's not the fabric which weighs much...it's the jewels and wirework of golden and silver which makes up the most of weight.......

Ghoomer word literally means to move in circular motion.... Basically swirling round and round continuously.... I am from Rajasthan and in this dance most of the moves are done while spinning.... And the ladies were carrying "cheri" Which is a steel water container and it a completely different dance form of Rajasthan where ladies fill it half with sand so that it does not fall during dance as being a little heavy and then put a large diya on its mouth and they dance with it on their heads... And there are more folk dances but here two were mixed... Hope the information helps...

Rajasthani culture is all about majorly Rajputana culture although there are also other clans which live there, The above song and movie is regarding Rajputana Culture one of the Parallel ancestry lineage of Shri Maharana Pratap Singh Sisodiya Ji also referred to as Maharana Pratap in short. In the movie Maharawal Ratan Singh is played by actor Shahid Kapoor who was last ruler of Rawal lineage.
