My last kid moved out a few months ago. So i have 1000sqft living area and 1000sqft garage near a river. Hence the design for flooding. But i just turned my sons old room into a office. Cant imagine giving up on this home i poured my life into. But i bet selling yours might be beneficial since you haven't probably got tons of money tied up into it. Wish you luck dude.

Extra space comes with a cost (cleaning, servicing, etc). These resources can be put to better use. So I think your move makes sense. Use your new H9 to go on a trip to Vladivostok, for example! 😁

Кстати про обьем дома я тоже всегда думал что нужно практично подходить... Я живу в 3 комнатной квартире и чтобы ее убрать требуется много времени... А двух этажный дом это вообще для меня нереально 😅😅😅

Самая неубедительная причина для продажи.Можно летом сдавать отдыхающим свободную комнату,пустить квартирантов,вызывать клинера,разводить кошек,собак,усыновить кого то в конце концов.Да даже ради бассейна и сауны не стоит уезжать.У бед,у всех одно начало-сидела женщина,скучала...Послушай женщину,и сделай по своему,они принимают дурацкие решения под влиянием эмоции и гормонов,не нужно идти у них на поводу,как бычок на верёвочке,одумайтесь,достучитесь до её спинного мозга,ведь лучше уже не сделаете,в силу возраста,а жалеть о продаже будете до самой смерти.Очень,очень жаль.
