​​​​@@DPA-War Wyatt, Please consider having a panel discuss the idea of reinstatement of neutral President Yanukovych as the only leader that BOTH sides can TRUST to maintain neutrality and preside over demilitarization, restoration of rights and elections, reconciliation, reconstruction, and peaceful relations with east and west. When he was ousted in 2014 he vowed to return, and in 2021 Ukrayinska Pravda reported that Putin planned to reinstate Yanukovych (or to install Medvedchuk). So, it isn't an unheard of idea, and if it is going to happen at some point, it would seem that the oblasts of the Odessa-Kherson corridor (access to the Black Sea), Mykolaev, Dniepr-Petrovsk, and Kharkiv could be saved from destruction and annexation (they all voted for Yanukovych). Has Yanukovych spoken publically at all, on RT for example? What if Ukrainians called for Yanukovych to return? What if Putin offered POWs amnesty for swearing to protect Yanukovych's return? What if Trump and/or Orban proposed reinstatement of Yanukovych? If Putin has had the idea already, what is he waiting for?

Apparently, Russia has deployed heavy mechanized units from Kaliningrad from the Leningrad Military District to Kursk. Ukraine is paying with its best units to exchange the most heavily fortified land in Ukraine on the planet for a bunch of rolling hills, small forests, tiny hamlets, and empty potato fields in Kursk. This is the worst military blunder in the last decade, and it's not even over.

@@pacivalmuller9333 There some Lithuanian politician said, as a part of PR for his population, that soldiers from Kaliningrad are transferred by Russia, words without confirmation. Regarding our Leningrad Military District (I am from that region), it was disbanded in 2010, as far as I remember, and even at the peak of its numbers, if I am not mistaken, no units in Kaliningrad were included there. Since 1991, Kaliningrad has been isolated from Russia, it should be understood that from there by land to St. Petersburg (Leningrad region), or to Kursk, troops can not be transferred, only by air to transfer units, or by sea, long, inconvenient to make one whole with St. Petersburg.

17 days into this "Kursk offensive" and the element of surprise is completely gone. The initial push into Kursk on Aug 6 was executed by around 1,000~1,500 Ukrainian soldiers and mercenaries riding on 150 armored vehicles, going against a few dozen border guards, half of whom were asleep. Things are completely different now.

The Western collective trans-homo world boasts that the Ukrainian Kursk Offensive is an incredible success, when in fact it is another in a series of disasters! Three elite brigades attacked a territory where there was not a single soldier and which was defended by a handful of border guards... and that handful of border guards stopped the three elite Ukrainian brigades and held them in check for 2 days until the arrival of Russian forces, which are still assembled from the border guards and the police, because Russia declared this an anti-terrorist operation! For two weeks elite Ukrainian brigades have been fighting border guards, police and local defense forces and they have already lost two elite brigades that they had to withdraw back to Ukraine!
