If Russia proposes, why not use the Kremlin and Moscow to test and demonstrate Russia's super air defense systems S-300, S-400, S-500? Российские ПВО сбивают и ATACMS и Taurus - это доказанный факт, очевидный для NATO. Но страны запада не верят в способности "Орешника". Вот Путин и предлагает странам запада провести эксперимент. Когда страны запада планируют атаковать Москву и другие российские города, страны запада должны знать, какие у них шансы пережить ответный удар от России - против "Орешника" никаких шансов. Лучшим познанием для врагом России станет проверка "Орешника" на себе. Всё логично.

Because ATACMS cannot reach Moscow. But it does not matter. If you did not know, Ukraine and its allies launch ATACMS constantly for other targets, like factories in Russia and they are intercepted
