Tom Ryantom I understand they might get copyright strikes for it but it’s clearly under the fair use policy, if anyone had the balls to take these claims to court they would easily win. I remember hearing about someone who actually did go to court over claims and won, but the companies would rather unnecessarily censor themselves and their employees because it’s cheaper and “easier” then going to court.

It's definitely not worth the effort over a 2 second bit just because some viewers feel left out. 100% the best thing for them to do is to just censor it and leave it. It's not really a "balls" thing rather they are a company who need to make profit, copyright claims hinder them from making profit, and using up resources to fight that claim just to include that tiny audio sample is a waste of money, plus the number of times they would have to do it for consistency across their videos is ridiculous and unrealistic. Although it may be fair, it is just not viable.
