Ron has a lot of of respect for Tom. He starts off a little annoyed at Tom but he admires Tom's ability to not quit. In every endeavor he watches Tom put everything he has into the goal, even if it's a terrible idea. Also I think Mona Lisa should have been in with her brother.

I think the reason he got along so well with Typhoon is because he's incredibly straightforward. It's called Hair by Typhoon, and he does hair. He dislikes Europe and bikes and he's blunt about it. Really, 50 shades of gay aside, Typhoon is ideal friendship material for Ron.

I think he shows indifference towards Ann, which is probably better than how he feels about Chris. I agree she should be lower than Ben and Tom though, and on a similar note I think Tom should be higher than Ben and Donna, because I think Ron likes his entrepreneurial spirit and sees him as a mentee at times.
