Russian tank shoots its own men during attack using Chinese ‘golf buggies’

Russian troops attacked a Ukrainian trench whilst being shot at by their own tank. Drone video shows the Russians charging into battle inside two Desertcross vehicles. China gave more than 2,000 of these ‘golf buggies’ to Russia late last year, and Putin’s troops have been using them for assaults because they are running out of armoured vehicles. As the buggies race across an open field a smoke canister goes off, presumably designed to disguise their attack. But the shot misses and lands behind them, leaving the soldiers exposed. The vehicles quickly unload their troops before turning around a fleeing. Ten Russian soldiers then take up the attack using rifles and grenades. A Russian tank also joins in the attack by firing shells at the Ukrainians. But even when the Russians get into the trench the gunner keeps firing. Several large explosions occur, which are sure to have hit the Russian attackers. It is unclear where exactly on the frontline the attack took place. But pro-Kremlin war bloggers claim it was a success. Russian troops are slowly advance all along the front while Ukraine is short of ammo. But the US has now passed a $60bn aid package with ammo starting to arrive. #russia #ukraine #law

In turn they took bahkmut but the price was so high that Wagner rebelled. They took avdiivka but the price was so high that when Andrey Morozov leaked the losses he was eliminated. And he was a Russian blogger for the Russian side.

Those little buggies are a sorta smart idea. They're small, hard to hit, relatively fast and maneuverable, wont get bogged in the mud, wont set off a anti-tank mine and they are cheap, which is great, coz most things don't survive a hit anyway, so better its a 5 grand buggy rather than a 3million dollar APC etc. I bet both sides will use them going forward.

We have no need to go fast ever but my brother drives like a madman so I've seen what they can do. Dune buggies have been used by Ukrainians for sometime as well, these are even supplied by the US military. The buggies are very useful as armored vehicles are simply bigger targets and are eliminated just as easily by drones. Assets.

😂😂😂 they arent "out of armored vehicles"... they have adopted a different war doctrine because of the modern battlefield... instead of clumping a dozen troops into 1 apc they split them up into 2-4 high speed atvs that are harder to hit with artillery, tanks, and fpv drones... its called adapting and overcoming... and it captured them, what is it now? 250 sq km? Also will take pressure off the main front or open up larger gains in the north... but im only watching the up to the hour battlemaps and geolocations as the Ukraine shrinks...
