I have a Ukrainian friend Marko who fled Ukraine after receiving a message from his brother who was in the Novomykhailivka area with one of the territorial brigades, he begged his brother to leave because he knew the war was lost and regretted for having committed... Moreover, he explained how they shared the ammunition, around 300 cartridges for 15 men, that they felt helpless while undergoing constant bombardment, he also said that he had not eaten for 2 days because those who had to bring ammunition food was killed or bombed. He also told how the life expectancy in the hottest areas of his front was about 10 days. It's a catastrophic situation, since the call I had with him. Barely 4 days ago, his brother was killed by a shell while trying to rescue one of his comrades. I am making this message to show the horror of the war and to show that contrary to the media, most Ukrainians want to leave the country. Sorry for this sad story but it's important to tell the truth about this situation.

@@moiGospodin-kp6sn His brother was only 22 years old and was heavy-duty mechanic, he was mobilized around the village of Vradiivka in March 2023 by force and because otherwise he would be seen as a coward by the village. I love how the side with 1 million soldiers and 30k claimed KIA has to mobilize another 500k just to defeat 10% of the Russians who allegedly lost 90% of their troops and 120% of thsir armoured vehicles. Either the Russians are so good that 10% of them can push back 1 million Ukrainians or the Ukrainians are lying about their and the Russians losses.

Hello my friends. Here in the states the media reports an entirely different picture. They report that Ukraine is moving forward in key areas. They report how terrible the Russians are and losing so many men and equipment. The media doesn’t even report the progress of the Russian Army into Ukraine. The shortages of ammo, equipment, manpower or even report what terrible things are by Ukrainian soldiers being interviewed. Nothing about Zelensky being at odds with his generals staff. Plus the internal strife going on politically within his government. Crazy ain’t?

Funny isn't it? If you are winning so well.....and so clearly......why do you keep doing mandatory mobilizations? Why is the average age of your soldiers 45? And why are you enlisting women? And why do you always need more tanks, vehicles, and armour? What happened to all the ones already received? Are the Ukrainians eating them? 🤔🤔. Why is Ukraine now trying to get other countries to force Ukrainian men back to Ukraine so they can be forced to fight? Why did Ukraine remove things such as mental illness and HIV positive status from making someone ineligible to fight? Because none of these are the actions of a country winning a war. These are actions that reek of desperation. But I'm sure there will be no shortage of idiots in this TB claiming Ukraine is "winning" based on what CNN, BBC, MSNBC and other assorted state media are telling them. Russia destroyed much of Ukraines standing army in the first 3 months. But lacked the man power to hold. Russia had to pull back. Most of the territory Ukraine claimed to have retaken. Was simply abandoned by Russia. Ukraine has yet to push the Russians out of positions there intend on keeping. Sure Ukraine takes a few tenchs, ditches and fields. Russia is using defense in depth. The first positions are meant to fall. So artillery can devastate the troops there. Every time Russia lunches a big offensive. Russia gains territory and holds it. I still think Russia is holding back much of its firepower. Because the threat if NATO getting involved is very high. Russia cant move troops away from NATO borders. Also Russia has to still defend it's far Eastern territory. Ukraine has no chance of willing. They ever had a chance. As for NATO getting involved. I think itll turn into a WW1 style stalemate. Neither side will be strong enough. Over time NATO would win with heavy losses. But if Iran, China and North Korea conflicts all flare up. NATO wont be able to focus on any one front. Theres also Venezuela front. Since Brazil is a Bricks member its possible they will be on the Russian, Chinese side. Meaning USA will have to also fight the strongest country in south America. I dont think NATO can win against a United BRICKS. Bricks has more resources and manpower.

As someone who was born in Russia, I have to say that the whole war could have been prevented only if NATO accepted the Russian Federation membership. Russia asked to be part of NATO in 1993 and when Bill Clinton went to Prague, not only did he flip his finger to Russia but also told to any former Soviet Union states that became independent that the door for NATO was fully opened. I feel sorry for both the Russians and the Ukrainians. Old fathers will have to bury their sons.

Merkel and Hollande admitted that the Minsk agreements were a strategic plan that gave time to prepare for war, Putin hoped until the last for the honesty of Western leaders, today it has become clear to Russia that Western politicians are people who do not have honor and dignity, as indeed many citizens who do not see beyond their noses.

Putin’s strategy in the Ukraine seemed idiotic for the first year of the war, but it seems to have paid off. The Russians, by making this into a war of attrition, are close to bleeding the Ukrainian army white. Once they’ve accomplished that, the remaining opposition can simply be swept aside all the way to Kyiv, whether the Russian military’s tactics suck or not won’t matter after this happens.

Armchair quarterbacks will always make snide remarks from the safety of their own keyboards. Especially because they themselves made sure not that they could not be drafted. They're either safe in the EU playing keyboard warrior or just EU or US trolls. But I've noticed a decline in their posts and comments. When the Great Ukrainian Summer Offensive (tm) was still going on they could still play internet tough guy. Now that it is hard to deny that the Russians have the upper hand it is much harder to troll. Yeah, some Russians died taking a treeline. They still took it though.

According to Putin’s observations, for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, losses on this section of the front are very sensitive. Putin called the political leadership of Ukraine, which continues to send its fighters to Krynki, irresponsible. “There is no secret, I said some time ago to the National General Staff: “Don’t rush to push them out of there.” I’ll tell you straight: it’s to our advantage if they thoughtlessly send more personnel there. Unfortunately. This is the logic of the armed struggle. Nevertheless, the minister [ defense Sergei Shoigu], and the National General Staff said: “No, well, we will gradually narrow this space of freedom.” This is what is happening,” Putin explained during a press conference dedicated to the results of the year

I like History Legends, he calls it when both the Ukrainians and the Russians make tactical errors but I don't know if he's correct about how many men the Ukrainians have available for recruitment. Watching the Euro qualifier in Leverkueson between Italy and Ukraine last month the Ukrainian crowd was full of men of fighting age , I think the numbers that have left is way bigger than most commentators realise and I don't think they want to go back either , I don't blame them , the footage from the front is hard viewing for both sides.

Doesn't help that Zelensky is acting like a autocratic dictator and banning churches and arresting people on mass. Still the Ukrainians are holding far more firm and true than the Iraqis did even during the Iran-Iraq war, and those that are staying and fighting must be commemorated for that.
