This is the ongoing radio "war" between Russia and the Ukraine on 7055 kHz, LSB. Jammers, propaganda, insults, wild claims, and much more, all will be heard here. Some of the signal sources are quite possibly state sponsored, some are not.
Recorded online using the University of Twente WebSDR, remote SDR, on 2 April, 2021, at 1700 UTC.
Disclaimer: Many of the radio reception recordings on this KZbin channel pertain to unusual, uncommon, unknown, or mystery signals that might be found on radio, both shortwave and VHF/UHF. Among the subjects covered are numbers stations, utility stations, military transmissions (both in the clear and encrypted / encoded), aviation, maritime, ham radio, CB radio, radars, ionosodes, propagation beacons, ditters, dashers, whistlers, and just about anything else that might transmit, in any mode, USB, LSB, CW, Morse Code, FM, AM,FMCW, LFMCW, etc. Think of it as SIGINT (signals intelligence) / COMINT (communications intelligence) / ELINT (electronic intelligence) lite, the hobby version. All the recordings are made by me, most often at my home. Although there are a few mysterious things to be found here, you will not find anything paranormal, extraterrestrial, spiritual, or mystic. However, everyone can have their own interpretations of the sounds heard, make of it what you will.

I do like the extremely generic text to speech voice, I've heard Twitch streamers (gamers) use the same voice for their text to speech donation messages

Well! This reminds me of the clandestine broadcasts from Nicaragua in the 80's Seems we have another proxy-war in the making.

Why do you think some of the "traffic" here is state-sponsored? Other than this whole cesspool has been tolerated by both governments ever since, is there any evidence? Could it be that it's not only licensed amateur radio operators who are involved but some other party too, e.g. the military?

Regular timing on regular schedules, different operators on the same transmitter, extreme dedication to being on the air, etc. There is zero proof any of it is state sponsored, but several indicators that some of it might be. Especially when you start fingerprinting the transmitters. My personal suspicion is that you can think of it like NATO Psyops in the Libyan (and other) campaign. Don't think SW BC stations, think repurposed military transmitters. Especially when you see military signals like CIS-12 pop up on the frequency.

@@FirstToken Why do they operate on the CW/Digi part of the band? Why not the SSB part, where people would hear them? And why don't they use AM transmitters, to reach shortwave listeners with AM radio? If they were state-sponsored, or not, do you think the authorities (Russia: Russian State Commission for Radio Frequencies, Ukraine: The National Сouncil of Television and Radio Broadcasting) get tired of it and complain? Or do they not care because the jammers in their area of jurisdiction would be mostly transmitting the government view on the debate, and they would not want to shut it down?

@@radioswandhamdxfanlogsandr3809 Possibly, judged by their actions, they don't care about the rules, so why worry about the frequency? However, 7055 kHz LSB is not CW/Digi only. Allocations and band plans are different around the world and in different regions. But in many / most areas Phone (voice) is allowed from 7050 kHz up. In the US voice is not allowed until you get up to 7125 kHz. In other words, for many parts of the world they are in the SSB part, where people will hear them. If they were state sponsored, or at least state sanctioned, then the state would not shut them down, ah?

@@FirstToken CIS-12 is probably from the RuZZian separatist army. There has been a war in Eastern Ukraine since 2014. The Ukrainian one isn't state sponsored to my knowledge and the guy running the station has a KZbin channel named Stanislav Rurik.
