I think you missed the point with the training on the hard weapons. By training with the hardest to use weapons and starting to become even remotely decent with them, when it comes time for him to shift back to the 'easier' to handle weapons that have less recoil, faster reloads, etc, he'll be pre-adjusted for them. It's not anything like what you described. You were describing exercising.... this is more like muscle memory training for using tools. If he can deal with the kickback of a Deagle, then a regular pistol (whatever that qualifies these days) will have less of distracting recoil because he'll be more prepared to compensate for it.

I have done alot of running in my past and I agree that the train insane mentality has a negative impact on running training. People will race their practice and basically break themselves and burn themselves out. Now a 800 meter runner shouldn't do super long intervals, but they should run mileage to build up a base for training.

I miss my old tube TV, granted It was comparable in heft and size as an oven. but I'd be dammed it worked from 2001 all the way till 2014 when my dad forced me to get rid of it. speaking of kit, (I know im gonna get some shit about this) but I play a lot of star citizen and it has FPS combat plenty of weapons and stuff, but most effective weapon for me agains NPC OR PLAYERS is the 15 round pistol, there is no point to have a LMG with 150 rounds and a massive heavy armor. because of to my experience a pistol and surprise tactics, and controlling the engagement would pretty much quarantee to win that engagement. last time i took down 5 players who where loaded for bare, three of them where down before the other two figured out what was going on.

Through a video game pov, Badger's logic holds weight but only in a video game. IRL, aiming a M16 like and AK will just make you look stupid as they have different ways of working despite looking similar and being full auto rifles. However in a game like CS:GO where all weapon types function practically the same with cheaper weapons having more leeway, using the hardest weapon to master the weapon type can allow you to be more flexible with the other weapons in that area.

Something to note about Caffeine and energy drinks. It actually takes a really long period of time for caffeine to clear from you system. I think it takes something like 6 hours to clear a cup of coffee's worth of caffeine from your system. So Caffeine in and of itself doesn't normally have a super hard crash. It's when it's paired with stuff like sugar (which is processed by your body much quicker) that you get really horrendous energy crashes.

can confirm on the language thing I started learning English at the age of 10 started to get proficient with the language at around 12-13 and around 15 I picked up a native English accent (depending on what kinda person I learned the words from I used that accent so most of the time I've adapted a northern English accent (from the British isles) but with certain words like "mate" I'll suddenly have an Australian accent or with pantomime I got a southern American accent because I got taught that word in a song that was being sung in that accent) and I am currently according to Cambridge somewhere around C1 or C2 level (C2 is the level under native speaker) meanwhile right now I'm trying my best at German at 19 years old I can't seem to get a proficiency in the language even while interacting with German people and German should be one of the easiest languages for me to learn as a native Dutch speaker and proficient English speaker
