Русский язык для меня родной. Прослушал задания и могу сказать, что для новичков они будут очень сложными! Но если кто-нибудь из иностранцев сможет правильно ответить на больше, чем половину вопросов, я думаю, он может гордиться собой)

I found it super helpful, despite the others. You really just have to pick apart the words you actually know, figure out what they’re saying, and try to decipher what the other words they say are. I didn’t know what printer was in russian, but it’s a cognate, so I picked it up. Helps me learn new words

I'm a native speaker, I think it's for elementary students, definitely not for those who have started learning Russian from scratch but people speak really slowly in this video if we compare it with the speed of the real life conversation somewhere in a shop or in an office. In a way it wasn't bad but still I guess that they shouldn't have marked it for beginners, it's not actually true) if you want to study Russian, you should be really persistent, it takes a lot of time and effort but it's absolutely worth it!:) Lots of love from Moscow)

@YouCan It depends on what you call a beginner. But, as pointed out upper in the comments, in this video there are all cases possible, a lot of vocabulary, some difficult grammar constructions (subjonctive for example). To really understand everything here, I mean the reason of all constructions and spellings, you need to know all the basics of Russian grammar. When you know this, you're intermediate, not beginner.

To everyone saying it is not for beginners I'd argue that it is, if you watch beginner listening practice on other languages you'll see it is of a similar difficulty. Russian is a very hard language, it takes a lot of effort and hard work to speak, but you can't lower the standard of how proficient a beginner should be because of this. Its normal that it takes far longer to understand listening practice for in beginners in Russian compared to Spanish for example. (If your native language is English)

Да какое это для начинающих? Тут просто отвлечься достаточно чтобы потерять суть повествования. "Я возьму первое". А какое первое??? Я сильно сомневаюсь что иностранец сможет понять о каком ожерелье идет речь. Тем более в русском для "ожерелья за 300 кусоков" есть название "бусы". I really disappointed with this listening. Being Russian, i could not get the point during first attempt because it can easily be lost. Its not for beginners.

Sometimes I do really think about starting a channel, since most of the videos focus only on rules, when the majority of Russian grammar is made up of exceptions rather than the legitimate rules.

You need to make translations easy and as close to the originals as possible. For example: Что бы вы посоветовали? is muchy better as "what would you advise? "и вы увидите банк" is "and you will see a bank" so why do you translate it as "and you can see a bank". I recommend when translating : Keep it simple, accurate and try to follow the original word order as much as possible. DO NOT TRY TO EMBELLISH TO SHOW HOW GOOD YOUR ENGLISH IS

I am a native speaker and I assure you that it's not for the beginners. The subjects of the dialogues are too specific for the beginners because they usually can speak only about common things. But not about necklaces as they are speaking in the first dialogue.

To me, this sounds a bit Intermediate and between Beginner. And BTW this is for those who are good with Absolute basic Russian. Not Like Beginners or Idk what to say.

They have _one_ bottle of beer at home and they conclude they don't need to buy any more beer. Did a woman write this? 😂 Kidding, nice lecture. Pretty challenging tbh.

I wonder why KZbin recommends this video to me, a native Russian speaker? But the main question why am I watching this?
