Look at the map of the size of the countries of Russia and Ukraine and do not forget to subtract Crimea, Donetsk, Lugansk, Mariupol from Ukraine... Because of Trump, Ukraine did not receive ammunition from the United States for six months; the Ukrainians were already almost out of supply.

@@conthehermit1not really, with out a boot on the ground - you will not own the ground it will be just no mans land. Russians are not interested in glorified DMZ, they are occupiers, hence they need actual personnel on ground.

Who says this is the first time motorcycles have been used in war? Even bicycles have been used in the past. They are cheaper, more nimble and harder to hit than troop carriers. What's not to like about them? I guess you ignorami never heard of motorcycles with sidecars used on the battlefield?

My grandfather was motorbike messenger in the nazi-german army. Those 'motorcycles with sidecars' were used by MESSENGERS. To deliver orders or small items from the rear to OWN positions near the front line. But even then it was a stupid idea to attack enemy positions with motorbikes.

@@vfclists That was mainly propaganda. Used in films. The crew of a german machine gun consisted of more than one soldier. For good reasons. It is hard to imagine that one person alone could operate a machine gun while sitting in a side car of a motorcycle which is driving towards enemy trenches.
