i have i310100f and 1080 evga hybrid + 16gb ram, average fps is like 90ish~, then i get random stutters, is it cause of my cpu?

Yes, Rust is always cpu and memory hungry especially when you play on high pop servers. I'll once test the game with the i3 and 1070. Will keep you posted

Yes but not a good consistent fps. There will be drops near big bases, gunfights
